This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A amends the information provided by EarthLink, Inc. (the “Company”) in the Current Report on Form 8-K on December 23, 2013 (the “Original 8-K”) solely to clarify that, as stated in the press release issued by the Company on the date of the Original 8-K, Joseph F. Eazor was also appointed as a director of the Company commencing January 13, 2014.
