Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 20, 2013, Healthways, Inc. ("Healthways") and WellPoint, Inc., ("WellPoint") entered into a three-year agreement pursuant to which Healthways will provide the Ornish Program to WellPoint customers in the WellPoint Blue Plan Service Area that covers 14 states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
