RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On December 23, 2013, Liberator Medical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2013. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
