Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 24, 2013, Uranium Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Navajo Nation Council Resources and Development Committee acknowledged the right-of-way and surface use at the Company’s Churchrock properties licensed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
