Regency will acquire Hoover Energy Partner LPs (Hoover) midstream assets for
approximately $290 million
Complements Regencys existing footprint in the southern portion of the Delaware Basin
and expands services to producers into crude and water gathering
Adds additional synergies and new organic growth opportunities
Expected to be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow per common unit
