Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Trent Daniel, Founder and Consultant to One World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), participated in an interview with SEC Filings TV, which was published on December 23, 2013. The interview may be viewed on the Company’s website at www.oneworlddolls.com. A full transcript of the interview is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The Company undertakes no obligation to update the information discussed in the interview in the future, except as may be required by law.
