Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 19, 2013, William V. Hickey informed Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) and the Company’s Board of Directors that he will retire as a director effective as of the close of business on December 19, 2013. Mr. Hickey’s decision to retire was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
