Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On December 19, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company terminated the Company’s Elected Officer Supplementary Retirement Plan (the “Plan”), effective as of December 31, 2013. All benefits have been paid to all participants in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
