Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On November 25, 2013, Xtreme Oil & Gas, Inc.(the “Company”) amended its Articles of Incorporation to change its name from “Xtreme Oil & Gas, Inc.” to “Massive Interactive, Inc.” (the “Name Change”).
The Name Change has been approved by a majority of the Company’s shareholders. A copy of the amendment is filed as an exhibit to this report.
