Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(d) On December 18, 2013, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Isabella Bank Corporation ("ISBA") appointed Jae A. Evans (age 56) to the Board, as well as the Isabella Bank Board, effective January 1, 2014. Mr. Evans' term as an ISBA director will run until ISBA's annual meeting of shareholders in 2015. A previously filed Form 8-K from September 27, 2013, reported that Mr. Evans has been elected to serve as ISBA's Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2014.
