On December 13, 2013, the Board of Directors of Universal Security Instruments, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The only substantive change to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics affected by the amendment is the specific statement that concerns regarding questionable practices which violate the Code may be reported to the Company’s Code of Ethics Contact Person anonymously.
The revised Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is posted on the Company’s website, at www.universalsecurity.com, under the “Investor Relations” tab.
