On December 16, 2013, Spriza, Inc. (the "Company") prepared a slideshow presentation about the Company’s business plan that it intends to share with interested parties. A copy of the slideshow is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and will be uploaded to the Company’s website at www.spriza.com.
