Effective December 12, 2013, Jason Gerb resigned his position as Chief Compliance Officer of Equinox Fund Management, LLC (the “Managing Owner”).
The Managing Owner intends to announce the experienced compliance professional to succeed Mr. Gerb as Chief Compliance Officer by the end of December 2013.
