This current report on Form 8-K/A amends the report on Form 8-K filed on October 25, 2013 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the “Bank”) to announce the election of Travis "Tra" Cosby, III and Robert L. Strickland, Jr. to the Bank's board of directors. On December 14, 2013, the Bank made the following committee assignments for the directors elected in the 2013 election of directors:
