Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On December 12, 2013, the Board of Directors of TTM Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a resolution to change the Company’s fiscal year. Prior to this resolution, the Company’s fiscal year ended December 31. The Company’s new fiscal year end is the Monday closest to December 31. The new fiscal year is comprised of either 52 or 53 weeks. This change is effective for the current fiscal year. No separate transition report is required for this change.
