Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On December 12, 2013, Syniverse Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced that Mr. Martin A. Picciano, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, will terminate his employment with the Company on March 31, 2014 (the “Departure Date”). Mr. Picciano will remain the Chief Accounting Officer until his Departure Date.
