Item 2.02 — Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 12, 2013, Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) and hosted a conference call (the “Conference Call”) regarding financial information about the Company’s third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2013. A copy of the Press Release and the transcript of the Conference Call are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
