Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 10, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of CIFC Corp., in addition to approving cash bonus amounts based on predetermined financial performance criteria for the Company, granted an additional discretionary cash bonus to each of Peter Gleysteen, Stephen J. Vaccaro, Oliver Wriedt and Rahul Agarwal in an amount equal to $60,000, $60,000, $60,000 and $55,000, respectively.
