On December 13, 2013, Weyerhaeuser Company (“Weyerhaeuser” or the “Company”) announced that Thomas F. Gideon will retire from Weyerhaeuser. The anticipated retirement date for Mr. Gideon is February 2014.

On December 13, 2013, Weyerhaeuser issued a press release announcing certain changes to its senior management team. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
