On December 12, 2013, xG Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing in respect of the partial exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option in connection with its recent public offering. This press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
