On December 12, 2013, Walter Investment Management Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its previously announced private placement of Senior Notes due 2021 (the “Notes”). The total size of the offering of the Notes has been increased from $500,000,000 to $575,000,000. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
