Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 12, 2013, Marketo, Inc. announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Insightera, Ltd., a real-time personalization platform for websites and mobile applications. A copy of the press release dated December 12, 2013 announcing the transaction is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
