Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 12, 2013, CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) listed its shares of Class A common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”). Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of a letter from the Company to its stockholders regarding the listing.
