Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Resignation of Stephen C. Kircher as Director
On December 5, 2013, Mr. Stephen C. Kircher resigned from the board of directors of Solar Power, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. To the knowledge of the Company, Mr. Kircher had no disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. There are no severance terms, deferred compensation or other financial arrangements between Mr. Kircher and the Company. Mr. Kircher will continue as an employee with the Company.
