On December 10, 2013, CAMAC Energy Inc. announced its intention to offer up to $300 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due in 2018 in a private transaction that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as described in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
