On December 10, 2013, Polymer Group, Inc. (the Company) made available certain information (the Supplemental Information) to potential lenders in connection with the proposed refinancing of the Companys borrowings under its existing senior secured bridge facility and senior unsecured bridge facility. The Supplemental Information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
