ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On December 10, 2013, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the
Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Gardner, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank (“FHLB”) of San Francisco. Mr. Gardner will serve a four-year term beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
