On December 10, 2013, William J. Bratton notified Motorola Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) that he resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Compensation and Leadership Committee, effective immediately. Mr. Bratton’s resignation is in connection with his appointment by Mayor-elect De Blasio as New York City’s next police commissioner.
