On December 10, 2013, JBI, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”) via live webcast on the Internet. At the Meeting, the Company’s management provided stockholders with an operational update on the Company. A transcript of management’s discussion at the Meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
