The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 8.01 “Other Events.” On December 10, 2013, The Buckle, Inc. issued a press release announcing a special cash dividend of $1.20 per share and a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share to be paid together on January 27, 2014, for shareholders of record at the close of business on January 15, 2014.
