Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 6, 2013, Charter Financial Corporation (the “Company”), the holding company of CharterBank, will participate in the KBW Southeastern Bank Conference (the “Conference”). The Company’s Investor Presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 will be made available to investors at the Conference.
