Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 6, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing receipt of clearance from the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China pursuant to the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China with respect to the merger contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated May 12, 2013, by and among the Company, Skipper Limited and Skipper Acquisition Corporation. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
