Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 5, 2013, Rally Software Development Corp., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing financial results for its third quarter of fiscal 2014 ended October 31, 2013. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
