Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On December 4, 2013, the Torch Energy Royalty Trust (“Trust”) reported its cash distribution payable on December 23, 2013 to unitholders of record on December 13, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
