On December 3, 2013, Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a six-month renewal of the Company's $1 million share repurchase program. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement of the renewal of the share repurchase program is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
