On November 27, 2013, at a meeting of the board of directors of the registrant, and with a quorum of officers present, Kil-Su Kim was removed as a director of RadTek, Inc. Mr. Kim served as a director of the registrant since February 4, 2013.
The directors of the registrant representing the interests of RadTek Co., Ltd. constitute a total ownership of 89.7% of the outstanding shares of the registrant.
