On November 25, 2013, Li3 Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the revised payment schedule for the Cocina properties. Specifically, the Company made a $2.0 million payment for the Cocina properties on November 13, 2013 and agreed that the final payment of $2.6 million will be paid no later than March 31, 2014. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
