On November 26, 2013, the employment of Raymond J. Fox, CPA, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank (the “Bank”) was terminated.
