On November 27, 2013, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Mr. Jonas Nilsson has been appointed as President of Autoliv Europe. Mr. Nilsson’s appointment will be effective as of early 2014, at which time Mr. Franck Roussel, who has been the Interim President of Autoliv Europe since the spring of 2013, will assume another position within the Company.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
