PerkinElmer, Inc. (the “Company”) has notified the holders of the Company’s 6.00% Series 2008-A Senior Unsecured Notes due May 15, 2015 in an aggregate principal amount of $150 million (the “Notes”) that the Company intends to redeem such Notes on December 26, 2013 in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes.
