EXPLANATORY NOTE
This amendment to the registrant's current report on Form 8-K filed on November 26, 2013 (the "Original Report") is being filed to update the financial tables attached to Exhibit 99.1 to the Original Report in order to conform those financial tables to those contained in the press release dated November 26, 2013.
Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 26, 2013, Movado Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing third quarter fiscal 2014 results, the increase of guidance for fiscal 2014 and the approval of a quarterly dividend. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this item.
