Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 20, 2013, Graymark Healthcare, Inc. announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the earnings press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and a transcript of the earnings conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
