On November 21, 2013, the Board of Directors of First Savings Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.10 per share will be paid on or about December 31, 2013 to stockholders of record on December 1, 2013.
On November 21, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s annual meeting of stockholders will be held on February 11, 2014.
Copies of the press releases announcing the cash dividend and the annual meeting date are included as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
