On November 25, 2013, Cole Capital™, the private capital management business of Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc., as the sponsor of Cole Corporate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding recent property acquisitions made by the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
