Item 1.03 Bankruptcy or Receivership.
On November 20, 2013, Biomoda, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico (Bankr. Case No. 13-13768-t11). The Company is continuing in possession of its property and is managing its business as debtor in possession, pursuant to sections 1107 and 1108 of the Bankruptcy Code. No trustee, examiner or statutory committee has been appointed in this chapter 11 case as of the date hereof.
