Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 25, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the hiring of Richard Chene as its Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer. With the hiring of Mr. Chene, Mr. Martin, the incumbent Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer, will no longer serve in that role, but he will assist with an orderly transition and act in an advisory capacity until January 3, 2014, at which point his employment will terminate. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
