Representatives of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (“PAA”) and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. (“PAGP”) intend to meet with members of the financial community and participate in a panel discussion on the crude oil by rail market at the RBC Capital Markets 2013 MLP Conference to be held in Dallas, Texas on Friday, November 22, 2013.
