Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 21, 2013, Violin Memory, Inc. (“Violin”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended October 31, 2013. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
