Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 18, 2013, the bank subsidiary, Lafayette Savings Bank, FSB (the “Bank”), of LSB Financial Corp. (the “Corporation”), was informed by its primary regulator, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”), that the formal written agreement between the Bank and the OCC dated August 31, 2010 (the “Agreement”) was terminated effective immediately. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is the Corporation’s press release relating to this development which is incorporated herein by reference.
