On November 21, 2013, Aruba Networks, Inc. issued a press release reporting selected financial results for the three months ended October 31, 2013. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On November 16, 2013, Michael Kirby informed Aruba Networks, Inc. of his intention to resign as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales. Mr. Kirby will transition to an advisory role with the Company.
